    Dear Sir or Madam, I had a reservation at your hotel on February 14, and according to prior confirmation, the room was supposed to be available to me at 11:00 AM. However, the delivery of the room was repeatedly delayed in intervals of thirty minutes, and I ultimately received the room after 3:00 PM. This situation caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. In addition, during this time there was no staff member available to provide explanations or assistance, which further increased my frustration. Furthermore, upon reviewing the records, I noticed that my check-in time was registered as 11:30 AM. This does not reflect reality, as the room was not actually provided until after 3:00 PM. Recording an incorrect check-in time is unacceptable. I kindly request that management investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation. I also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused
