Hanalei boasts excellent restaurants, casual shopping, and a menu of activities from kayaking the Hanalei River, nearby snorkeling, hiking, horseback riding, surfing, and much more. World-class golf at Princeville's Makai Course is less than a ten minute drive away. Hanalei is the perfect vacation spot for
families or couples wanting to get away from it all. There are no hotels, no condos, and no traffic lights.
The Simpson House is located just off the beach in Hanalei. It is a Non-Smoking, five bedroom, three bath, well appointed, craftsman-style, family home with waterfall views from all angles. Its spacious master suite includes a soaking tub and Bamboo floors. Two week minimum for Christmas holidays. 10 person max.

Wonderful place for a larger group (up to 10). Spacious. Very high quality interior. Conveniently located. Nice separation of 5 bedrooms. Highly recommend.

First time in Hawaii/Kauai. The house is the absolute perfect place! Location? Walk out the gate to town and across the street to the beach. On Saturdays walk out the front gate to the farmers market across the street! The house was so comfy for 10 people. Beds and everything were great. Lots of items for beach and storage for food and drinks with 2 fridges. This may sound like an odd thing, but the beautiful wooden steps from upstairs to downstairs do not creak at all! Waking up for coffee in the AM woke no one up! Views from every bedroom were serene and calming. The front porch (I wanted to take it home)…. Shady, cool, comfy and a great place if it’s raining or to humid. Ideal for book reading or finding a peaceful spot. Views are amazing. Yes, it’s on a main road but it was no bother. Did not take away from the views and beauty. Looking to book again at this house as it was ideal for everything. We fell in love!!!

Very clean, close to a wonderful beach, with mountains and waterfalls visible from the back porch. What’s not to like. Highly recommend!
