This New vacation rental has been completely remodeled and professionally designed specifically for your needs. 4 min drive to downtown, 8min to Olympic Trng Cntr, 17min to Garden of Gods, 25min to AirForce Academy, 34 min to base of Pikes Peak, new AC & Heat, 2 bed 2 bath w/sleeper couch can host 6, fast WiFi, no pets ever (fine is $5000)new everything, kitchen, bathrooms, private parking, close to everything! Great for families or small business groups! This property is an entire guest house located behind the Main house. You will see the Main house from the street (see pictures), pull into the long driveway, drive past the main house and park in the gravel alongside the guest house. You have 2 parking spots. Additional parking available on the street if needed.

We were a big fan of the house, very clean and updated. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The couch in the living room was a bit sunken in but otherwise everything was great

Very clean. Would have been nice to have more linens and other supplies. Issue with the Nest lock and we were locked out. Very difficult to contact property owner. He was helpful once finally reached.
