Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view the beach was beautiful

The place was a perfect location, beautiful and clean but we had to buy extra supplies. The bare minimum they said the would supply like toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner was less than what they had stated on their site causing us to have to take time out of our vacation and run to the store and buy supplies. That was really annoying but everything else was great!

They had an information binder with info on who to contact for help, places to visit and lots of other great information. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. 10/10

Flooring was coming up when your walked in and halfway down the hallway. It moved up and down when you walked on it. Dishwasher did not work. Living room tv did not work. Cold showers majority of the time. Feel I overpaid for this condo. Have stayed here in a different condo 2 years ago and did not have any issues then.
