The rooms and the surrounding plantation
The fact that a hotel with its own coffee plantation cannot afford to give its guests a cup of coffee at the end of the plantation walk or during the stay there

We travelled with our twins of 2 months old. The team was thoughtful and considerate through out our stay and made it an experience of comfort and ease. I can't name one because they helped us whenever we want, else with such small kids, it would have been a mess
