    Service is very slow and very poor. They don't entertain the guest requests at all. I have asked the receptionist thrice for room clean still no one cleaned the room. Food is very bad and not at all upto the mark for expensive hotel rate.

    I had a booking for a couple of nights and when i reached at 12:30 (their checkin is at 12) the rooms were not ready and they needed another 45 mins to get me the room while i jad a toddler with us. Not just that but the second day we gave the room key for cleanin when we went for sightseeing but when we came back around 6pm we found the rooms the same. No cleaning and nothing. On top of that the comfy suite boasts ~500 sq feet room but it isn’t the case. The comode is outside of the bathroom and feels claustrophobic as its basically a 3*3 ft room without any hangers to keep your clothes on. In addition to that you do not have a wash bashin in toilet so you have to come out and get to the bath room to have the handwashing. So overall pretty bad deal for the premium they are charging and not worth it as it does not really have private coffee estate or anything where one could roam around. Better to look for a different homestay.

    TLDR - Dont book it if you want to want to enjoy the trip. Book it if you want to be anxious throughout the trip. Note - nothing is exaggerated. Everything is lived experience. 1. Booking- They will try to cancel your booking for higher amount. Despite me booking on Agoda 1.5 months before, they refused to honour the booking. Their front desk was rude. And their manager *** is a sweet liar. booking. After following up with Agoda they agreed to honour the booking and even then, after reaching the property, they refused to honour meal plan. Again I had to contact Agoda to sort it out. This is all going on despite me sharing booking voucher with them. 2. Property - is being for large events like weddings etc. Management's focus is just that. They will ignore everything you ask for, be it cleaning the room multiple times, not sending water etc. If you call them, they will agree to everything you ask, but will not do it. 3. Pricing - they have markup on everything. Kinley bottle is sold for 50+ rupees with 5% taxes 4. Food - we stayed for 2 nights. 1 day, food was phenomenal. It was the day when bulk booking for not there. Next day, it was worse than a free buffet. Everything was so generic and not upto any standards 5. Maintenence - pool and washrooms were pretty dirty with plastic glasses, chips packets etc. We have to get it cleaned. 6. Service - they did not have a basic first aid kit with a band-aid etc. Given that resort is in remote location, these things are a must.
