The room was clean, the staff was very helpfull faced some problems due to language barrier but thats normal in this state. The room is very clean wifi router was present in the room which was very good.and the real bane of the hotel is "SHIVA COMFORTS"
Noting major just the location is bit in the crowded area so tha area has some traffic but the overall experiencd was good

Staff was friendly and helpful when I had trouble with the wifi
No one at reception when I arrived. Had to wait for someone to come and check me in. Bathroom has no shower -- there was hot water, but have to bathe by collecting water in the pail provided. No water for about 30 minutes in the morning.
