Very old wooden accommodation with spiders and bugs with hob microwave bedding £30 extra

The accommodation was a like a old wooden shed they need removing and replacing and rebuilding in modern units the hosts were great

I loved how the chalet is arranged, it is in the green and the owner is reachable via phone. There are a kitchen and a private shower and toilet.

Wifi didn't work properly, signal strength was quasi zero. No comfortable public transportation possibility .

Superb

Cleanliness was exceptional - they were always cleaning the shower and toilet block. Friendliness of owners and their ability to speak English was great. Nothing too much trouble for them. Very knowledgeable about local area, had maps etc. up and ones you could borrow for free. Bedlinen was fresh and good value. The Kitchen was very well stocked, with cutlery, crockery, utensils (they had everything except a vegetable peeler), pots and pans etc. They even gave us teatowels, dish clothes, hand soap and washing up liquid! Small campsite in rurual area, dairy cow farm next door and a pond/lake in the campsite. Thank you for a great stay!

Reception only open 9-10am so when we arrived, it took a while to check in and we just posted the key through reception door on departure but would have liked to say goodbye and thank you to the owners on leaving. Bus stop was about 15mins walk, only one every hour and last one arrived about 6pm so had to return quite early from days out. Staff made us aware of this but appreciate it's not their fault and didn't affect overall stay.

Hosts were very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the greenspace and playground equipment.

Sewer gases were overwhelming until we ran water through the plumbing. . . then a clog in the lines led to flooding. Host came and fixed things quickly. Be sure to add the expense of linens to your budget unless you're bringing your own. They add up. Note that the gate locks overnight - no early morning departure without waking the hosts unless you park on the outside of the gate.

Beautiful camping with lovely wooden holiday homes, comfortable and cosy, the hosts were very friendly. The surroundings are amazing, the real Dutch country landscape. In the middle of nature. Good mattresses and spotlessly clean heated shower cabins.
