About this villa rental
Our simple but comfortable Villa caters to guests who are ECO-FRIENDLY, adventurous and minimalist because we utilize sustainable energy (backed up by batteries and the grid) and monitor responsible use of energy, water, cleaning agents and recycling. Water pressure is less than stateside and you won't find big screen TV's. Internet works well in living room, sketchy in bedrooms.
A 15 minute slow drive along a quiet and winding road from the ferry in Cruz Bay will bring you to this idyllic island setting. Situated barely above the treetops and a few minute walk to a secluded beach, lies the vacation home you will want to revisit. This secluded, spacious Villa features Thai decor, tropical pastels, lush vegetation and private pool and hot tub. It promotes outdoor living, socializing and simply Being. It offers a wooded trail guarded by deer, birds and crabs reaching a pristine beach.. Strolling further along the beach brings one to sugar mill ruins, mountain trails to petroglyphs and several additional quiet beaches. Plan on lying in bed each morning with sunrise views over the hills and sea, listening to the breaking surf. Enjoy views of the ocean during the day from all parts of the Villa including the pool and hot tub. Swim, snorkel, surf, sunbathe privately or take a hike right below the Villa into the National Park. Host and Viky were accommodating, responsive and fave great advice for enjoying St. John’s. The house was wonderful - well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, snorkel fins, coolers etc to make the most of exploring. Loved the pool and hot tub, the breezes through the house, and the view was stunning! A wonderful, wonderful spot!

Our family stay at Reef Bay Villa was out of this world. The villa was well appointed with everything you need, plus beautiful carvings and artwork from Asia. It was well suited for our family of 2 couples and 3 girls in their 20's with the bedrooms being separated from the great room on both side. I would strongly suggest jeeps for the trip back and forth to town. This journey was part of the adventure and fun of the area. All of the great beaches of St. John were not too far of a drive but a world away from the quiet tranquil area of Reef Villa. We had a great dinner at Morgan's Mango and a couple of lunches at Cruz Bay Landing but most of all we loved having cocktails by the pool with dinner in the screened in porch.Viki the property manager was great as was Jonathon Ward the owner of the Villa. Thank you for such a great vacation
