Elegant Caribbean comfort describes this beautifully appointed Villa on St. John, US Virgin Islands, overlooking the calming waters of Fish Bay. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Casa Del Palmas is designed to comfortably accommodate large families, groups of friends, and small retreat groups, up to 12 guests.
You will find privacy with individual suite style bedrooms as well as a variety of open indoor and outdoor spaces to play games, gather for conversation, dine, lounge poolside, practice yoga, or tuck in alone to read a book. Casa Del Palmas is nestled hillside in a lush and quiet neighborhood only ten minutes from Cruz Bay, providing convenient access to Cruz Bay’s shopping, water sports, groceries and restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and pool toys are also available to use during your stay.
Enjoy days of hiking and snorkeling the many Virgin Islands National Park trails and reefs. Go boating or go explore some of the many plantation era ruins, or simply lie by the pool with a book and glass of wine. No matter what your choice, Casa Del Palmas is designed to relax and rejuvenate the most road weary guest.

Rates are based on the number of guests staying. Base rate shown is for up to 6 guests. Additional cost per guest, per night up to 12 guests. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Please inquire for accurate rates and availability.
For up to 6 guests, you will have the upper level living and kitchen areas, the 3 upper bedrooms (2 kings, 2 twins that can be made to king), lower screened patio and outdoor spaces, pool deck and outdoor bar. The lower King, Queen, and Twin bedrooms would not be accessible, but you will have complete privacy with no other renters!
For 7-8 Guests, you will have a choice of one lower level bedroom as well as all the upper level amenities. Please let us know which room you would prefer to use upon booking.
For 9-12 Guests, the whole house will be accessible.

Shorter stays may be considered with additional cleaning fees. *Dates are subject to approval depending on how they fit into the calendar.

Great home with plenty of room to spread out for multiple families. We rented out the whole house (upstairs and downstairs) and it was great for our two families of 2 adults / 2 kids (7 and 5). Families should be aware the only way to get between the first floor and the basement is through outside stairs. This was very clear in the listing, but not always ideal if you have small children.
House was well stocked with everything you need to stay, and the communication with the property manager was very quick and always helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay on St. John!

The house was in a nice quiet area and the description of the property was spot on. It was well equipped for all the things we needed for the beach and pool area. The kitchen was stocked with many of the things we needed for cooking. There were a few issues throughout the stay and the property management responded quickly. We had a great time and love St. John’s.

We were a group of 11, ages 17 to 84. We loved the layout for my mother in law: no stairs to get into home from driveway, main floor bedroom, walk in shower, and two railings/lighted steps to pool deck. It was easy for her to navigate!
The kitchen was amazingly stocked with cookware, storage, and utensils. Most rental homes are lacking, but it was very well thought out and made it easy for us to cook our meals.
In addition, lots of towels (beach and bath), enough beach chairs for everyone, and several coolers. We did have a little trouble with bugs in the evening when outdoors, but just relocated to the screened in porch! The foot wash outside the front door was also very useful upon return from the beach.
We appreciated the option for A/C and washer and dryer.
The handbook was very useful and communication was excellent. There were a couple of minor things that needed repair from the prior group, and the Antares team was very responsive and accommodating to assist with this.
The house was very clean. I had one small issue with my bedding which was rectified very quickly. I lost something under the bed and was nervous to look for it, but under the beds was spotless!
Overall, one of the best vacation home rentals we have had. Definitely would consider another stay in the future, if our travel plans take us back to St. John.
