Sri Sayang by Coral Holiday Resort

We recently stayed at this property in Batu Ferringhi and had a pleasant experience overall. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the accommodation was very suitable for families.

However, the parking system needs improvement. Guests are charged RM10 per night for parking, and on top of that, there is an additional charge every time a vehicle exits and re-enters. During our stay, we ended up spending almost RM80 extra just on parking fees. The management should consider revising this system. A better approach would be to provide unlimited entry and exit privileges for registered guests during their stay, as many other hotels do. This would make the experience much more convenient and guest-friendly.

This was so far the best accommodation we’ve had in Malaysia. The apartment was immaculate, clean, very modern with new appliances and a super comfy bed. The staff were very kind and let us check out a couple of hours later as they didn’t have a check in that afternoon. Highly recommend!

All great, but just a bit longer to walk to the beach from this property. We didn’t mind this though.

No access to international news channels

It was nicely setup and for us it was handy that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location was great - walking distance to the grocery store, markets, and the beach.

There was a camera in the laundry - there was no sign warning you about it and it felt really uncomfortable. Heaps of hair on the floor when we arrived - needs a deep clean.
