I come this sri sayang so many time and didnt come to this owner apartment yet before, but this is more better then i expect! The owner all and everything was so good then other owner apartment!!! Thank you so much will come again!!!

Harga yang sangat berbaloi dengan kemudahan yang disediakan, apartment besar...ekon sejuk..sabun mandi dan alatan makan disediakan..jalan kaki boleh akses ke pantai awam dalam 2-3 minit (menyeberang jalan raya)..cuma pantainya kecik dan ombak agak besar masa saya ke sana..hos sangat membantu dan mudah berurusan 👍👍👍
Siap ada netflix dan youtube channel...terbaik la..recommended buat famli yang nak bercuti di sana dengan bajet terhad 👍👍
Langsir nya agak terhad...segan2 sikit dalam rumah tu..hahaha

Great location. Just opposite Golden Sands in Batu Ferringhi. If you're not afraid of walking, takes about a good 10 min walk to Parkroyal. The service apartment comes with a nice size pool. Very quiet. The apartment has A nice ocean view balcony. The apartment itself isn't new. We found the balcony door lock was broken off. The shower doors perhaps need more attention. The plates and utensils provide were minimal but enough for the odd days when you feel like just order food in. The landlady is brilliant. Communication is fast via WhatsApp. She supplied us with so much drinking water.
The shower doors can use some modern doors. Some of the window plates are missing. The kitchen wash cloth looked like it hasn't been washed. The washing up soap looked questionable. The ensuite bathroom sink was leaking when we checked in.
