Absolutely pleasant stay!
The unit was clean and very cozy. The building is a little run down but we got a surprise when we stepped into the unit as it was even better than we imagined. Location was close to the beach and Ferringgi Bay is about a 5 mins drive (you could also walk)
Staff was waiting for us on arrival to walk us through the unit and this was refreshing as most unit these days you just pick up the keys from the lock box with no in person interaction with the host.
Overall definitely an excellent stay and safe to say this would be the go to place whenever we are in at Batu Ferringhi!

It's very comfortable for homestay, very close to hard rock hotel and walking distance from many convenience stores near hotel. Beaches are right opposite the homestay.
parking rm10 per day, overprice parking imo.
