    I booked this hotel from my whole stay and it was the cheapest I can find during the peak season (spring). The location and space are the best things about this hotel. It's located 1-2 mins away from the Tenjin Minami underground pass which is the station connecting Tenjin to Hakata. It also has a 7-11 and drugstores just next to it. It's also near some big name stores like Donki, Daimaru, Bic Camera, and Xebio Sports Store. The space of the room is bigger than standard Japanese hotels (like APA). The staff are nice, but they don't speak that much English. They can understand and speak some phrases, but you would need a translator for long sentences or if you need some uncommon things/requests. Lastly, some amenities can be improved like having bottled water. The pillows were also a bit hard for my taste too.

    We were surprised to see that rooms were bigger than the usual rooms in Japan. The room was clean. Their staff was accommodating. Location was great too. No complains, will definitely stay here again.
