    Second time staying with this brand! The location is great and the staff are super friendly. That said, the hardware here isn't as good as their Osaka Shinsaibashi location. The biggest issue was the washer and dryer. It really needs to be cleaned or replaced. Our clothes had a stale, musty smell after using them. Other than that, we still had an enjoyable stay.

    The stay fell short of expectations despite the property’s good reviews. Check-in was swift, but the room was prepared for only one guest even though the booking was for two. We had to visit reception to request additional towels and amenities. Housekeeping was also mishandled. The scheduled room make-up was missed, and when we followed up, staff initially insisted we hadn’t requested it the day before. Only after another staff member checked the system did they acknowledge the oversight and apologize. Unfortunately, instead of providing proper service, they simply handed us bedsheets and pillowcases to change ourselves. Bath facilities were acceptable — standard and functional, with no complaints there. On the positive side, the location was convenient, with a short walk to both the train and tube stations. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with service gaps that undermined what should have been a comfortable stay.

    The blanket was covered in dust, and there were paint-like stains splattered on the walls that had not been cleaned. The room was extremely small, with not even enough space to open a suitcase. The bathroom was also very cramped and quite inconvenient to use. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was nothing special, and I regretted making the reservation.
