Location was perfect to explore Cornwall .
We didn’t know the cottage was for both smokers and non smokers, obviously being non smokers we could smell it as we walked in 😷

Lovely complex for family's
Crazy golf and swimming included thought that was fab.
Pizza party was not well planned.

Very clean house and excellent value for money. The host's communication excellent. Free car park with dedicated space

Well equipped kitchen so no problem with making own food if wanted to
Location slightly remote from the Penzance centre so have to use the car every day.
Also need to bring own towels- not a cons really, just need to be aware of

The property smelt stale on arrival.. The sofa, curtains and carpets need professionally cleaning. There was food splashes on the blind directly behind the kitchen sink. I bought my own cleaning products and cleaned.
