Glamour Suite Duomo

The apartment was fantastic - very clean, spacious, and extremely well equipped. The host welcomed us warmly and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city, showing us around a map that was marked with useful recommendations and locations. Communication with him was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. We even used the washing machine which was especially convenient as we had just arrived in Florence after spending five days in Rome. We also loved having a moka pot in the apartment - making espresso in the morning, or having a quick coffee when we came back during the day to rest and freshen up before heading out again, was perfect. The location is excellent. There is a Conad supermarket nearby, and the Duomo, city centre, and many other attractions are all within a very short walking distance. This made exploring Florence incredibly convenient: we could visit a few attractions, come back to the apartment for an espresso, freshen up or even take a shower, and then head out again. Everything is so close! The train station is also nearby, and from there we easily took the T2 tram to the airport, which was very convenient for our departure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.

There are some visible signs of damage in a few places in the apartment. However, it was very obvious to us that these were caused by previous guests rather than being something the host had neglected. This did not bother us at all, as everything else was excellent and the apartment was otherwise very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para una estandia confortable.

Mejoraría la luz del baño, y falta un Black out en la cortina para que no entre claridad en la mañana pero por decir algo. Sinceramente estaba todo impecable

Daniele was very good. Explained everything clearly. My phone had stopped working entirely so poor guy had to wait for us for an hour, but he was gracious thank you. The accommodation was perfect. I went with my teenage son and the split level worked perfectly for us. The location is BRILLIANT! Literally 30 secs from the Duomo and walking distance to everywhere. I would definitely be staying here again. Cannot recommend enough.

Nothing. All great!

The most advantageous aspect of the facility is its location. There are facilities for dining and breakfast around. The host is caring and easy to communicate with.

First of all, I have to say that there are photos that are not available in the facility where we stayed. I'm writing for the apartment with the gray sofa. The sofa is quite uncomfortable. Places are not clean enough. Air conditioner and tumble dryer not working properly. Kitchen utensils are outdated. The photos shown about the house must be from a long time ago, you may think everything is older than it seems.
