Maurizio the owner was most helpful and obliging. He made our stay so enjoyable.
Hard to get local taxis in area.
One family member not too happy as her bedroom has no air conditioning, but a fan was supplied.

it was beautiful, clean, comfortable, only a block from the beach and 2 blocks from town. I can’t say enough about how welcomed and relaxed we felt being there. Also, it is a gated property so we felt so safe.

The Villa has four floors and plenty of space. It is possible to see the ocean from the balcony! The staff was really helpful with any question we had. She helped us with public transportion, airport transfer and trips to rome.
Fregene has many private beaches which are closed off season. We stayed at the villa in october. Anyway there is also a public one 800m away which is nice for swimming.
