A magnificent and relaxing beach villa & could not get a better location!

We had an amazing stay at Dune Rose. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with beautiful views and the perfect place to relax. The house is immaculate and in great condition, and you can tell it’s been recently renovated. It’s very family friendly, with an enclosed pool deck that’s perfect on windy days. The upstairs bedroom is incredible. We’ve stayed before and loved coming back — fantastic value for money and we’ll definitely be returning.

Not well maintained and not clean . Carpets filthy, bedding way past replacement date . Kitchen lights and fireplace light out of order . Not impressed and won’t recommend.

Location is wonderful, great layout, open plan living. Enough space for our family. Well equipped and very welcoming.

The house needs some maintenance. Privacy is a problem in the bathrooms. There is an offensive smell in the kitchen corner, perhaps something dead under the fridge. Maid unfortunately ill and no alternative arrangement made.

This beautiful home has everything you could wish for. There are a few steps down on to the most gorgeous beach. If you love to walk on the beach there is no better location. What a lovely surprise Yzerfontein is. I definitely would love to visit again.

Easy, comfortable and close to Cape Town getaway with everything you need and more.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The privacy was amazing and the house was SUPER spacious with the MOST AMAZING main bedroom with views for days. We slept with the balcony door in our room open and felt 100% safe. The kitchen had everything you needed and was so easy to cater for the family. And an absolute bonus was that both our cars were parked in a locked up garage. All in all, a FABULOUS weekend away.

Wonderful venue and weekend away!

We had a wonderful weekend! Close to Cape Town, just 2 hour drive. Very well equipped venue on a beautiful beach with a lovely view of a distant Table Mountain, beautiful! We were celebrating my 60th birthday and the six of us enjoyed walking in town, great pizza lunch at YzerBru local craft brewery, wine tasting and celebratory lunch at local wine estate, (Groote Post). Emma, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, with advice and answering various questions beforehand. We will definitely return to Dune Rose!
