Durbuy visit

We liked the location of the guest house, its beautiful surroundings and the peace and quiet. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but luckily, everything was ready so Mike, the host let us check-in early. Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, ample tea and coffee. We would certainly stay again when visiting the area.

Beautiful location and very kind hosts would recommend!

The hosts were lovely and really looked after us. Even after we checked out, where had a car breakdown and they helped us sort everything out and get back on the road!

We had a wonderful stay, surrounded by the stunning nature of the Ardennes and with everything we needed at our fingertips. Mike’s hospitality was exceptional kind, attentive, and always available, making us feel right at home. It was an experience we will cherish, and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll gladly return!

Polished property as described and good location for many activities but a bit clinical for us.

Breakfast was very good, location is pleasant & rural but with good access and parking. Common area and room well appointed and comfortable.

Unfortunately there was some confusion with keys and access on arrival and the useful written information in Dutch which we could not read. Not a big deal but the confusion and lack of a host did take the shine off the experience unfortunately. Host was very helpful and apologetic the next day but we did miss the personal touch on arrival.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, value for moeny

Very friendly welcome by Mike who showed us around the property. Very nice spacious house with shared living room and kitchen. We had requested an early breakfast for a race and this was no problem at all, everything was setup the next morning. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect stay to disconnect

Nice B&B in the Durbuy area. Walkable distance to Durbuy, super nice surroundings, cosy garden and main areas. The breakfast was delicious, with croissants from a bakery close by, jam, eggs… Very recommendable to disconnect a few days.

The location is good, walking distance from Durbuy. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is varied and large.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Sound-wise if others are being loud you can hear what they’re saying but as the B&B is a converted old barn that’s to be expected.

Quel séjour merveilleux !!

Absolutely everything ! Mike is super adorable, he showed us a lot of things to do in the region, even with COVID. We ate delicious « boulette liégeoises », and an amazing breakfast every morning I recommend x1000

Une petite chose, le reste était parfait, le bouton pour allumer et éteindre le miroir au lavabo restait fluorescent la nuit, ce n'était pas vraiment dérangeant, mais on a posé un essui dessus pour diminuer l'intensité

De kamer was op zich in orde, mooi ingericht en goede bedden ook. Maar de kamer is nogal klein en compact.

Gezellig en vriendelijke B&B

De kamer was mooi! We waren enorme fan van de ramen. Ook is er goede belichting aan de spiegel. Het ontbijt was super lekker! De kamers waren zeer proper. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en flexibel. Er is ook een mooi aanbod aan drankjes die je kan drinken. De locatie is ook echt geweldig, want je bent op wandelafstand bij Durbuy. De omgeving is prachtig. We kwamen voor een kort verblijf, maar we hebben genoten en zijn zeker van plan om nog terug te komen.

De badkamer was een beetje klein, maar dit droeg bij aan de gezelligheid.

de handdoeken werden niet gewisseld en het bed werd niet opgemaakt maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Fantastische locatie en uitstekende gastheer en gastdame. echt top.
