Swan House

Just a lovely place to stay.

It was a very friendly and charming place to stay, loved the little Romeo & Juliet balcony, will come back soon .

It was quite warm, but we asked for a fan , which they provided us with , even took it to our room and started up so it cooled the room down for when we returned, so helpful.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. It's a very cute and homely hotel. Bathrooms are small but very clean and the water was always hot. Pub is very cute but didn't have a chance to eat there as I was in Beccles for a wedding. Perfect location, even managed to have a wander around town before my plans as the location is so central. Great recommendations for somewhere to have breakfast. They also helped to locate parking - most parking in the town is free just not possible to park close to the hotel all day but the long stay car park is just a 7 minute walk away.

Main issues are out of their hands - parking and breakfast, but as stated there is parking a little further away and plenty of lovely places for breakfast - independent and chains.

The room was fine for one night and clean.

Customer service from staff was very poor and pretty much non existent.
