Apartmenthaus "Zum Birnbaum"

Our 3 bedroom apartment occupied virtually all of the 2nd floor. It was very comfortable, very well equipped and super quiet, with just the occasional vehicle passing the front of the building, below the bedroom window. There was a large sunny terrace accessed via the lounge. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpfu,l and responded quickly to my numerous questions. The free parking is a bonus. There's a Lidl supermarket about 5 minutes' drive away. There's an excellent pizzeria/pasta takeaway shop next door. The portions are huge and everything was very tasty. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The towels were on the thin side but this wasn't a big problem for us. Air con would have been most welcome, as we had a heatwave at the time, but the thick walls kept the apartment at a reasonable temperature and the modern shutters kept the sun out.

Alles hat einwandfrei und unkompliziert geklappt. Und die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht.

Schön geschnittene ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern. Schlüsselübergabe und Abwicklung absolut problemlos. Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um nach Nürnberg zu kommen ist optimal. S-Bahn Station ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit bis Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof.

De bedden waren erg goed, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Ook was er voldoende opbergruimte in de grote kasten in de slaapkamer.

Op het eerste oog ziet het appartement er prima uit. Maar als snel kwamen de ergernissen. Zo zijn er wienig stopcontacten en zitten ze op onlogische plekken. De wifi is erg wisselvallig en valt vaak weg. Geen haakjes in de badkamer. Weinig pannen om te koken. Wasbak van de keuken onder een schuin dak zodat je niet rechtop kan staan om bijvoorbeeld iets af te wassen. En zo waren er nog veel meer kleine ergernissen die het verblijf niet heel aangenaam maakten.
