About this house rental
The spacious family house with garden offers space for up to 8 adults. There are also two travel cots available.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining / living room. From here you step onto the large sunny terrace. If you do not like to climb stairs, you will be happy to use the existing bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a combined living / bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and a single room. A guest bed can be used for the 8th Be set up as a guest.
The single room can also be used as a children's room. Two toddler beds are available with bedding and cover as well as toys.
The house is surrounded by a garden with seating, which invites you to play, grill and linger.
There are up to three parking spaces at the house and additional storage options for bicycles or motorbikes.
It is conveniently located in a district of Heilsbronn in a residential area on Bundesstraße 14 (Heilsbronn-Ost / Weiterndorf exit) and on Autobahn 6 (Neuendettelsau exit).
From here, numerous excursions to Nuremberg, Ansbach, Rothenburg, Schwabach, Erlangen, Bamberg, Franconian Lake District, Limes Museum, Playmobil Fun Park and .... are possible.
The nearby Münsterstadt Heilsbronn (www. Heilsbronn. De) with its long history is worth exploring.
You can also visit the Nuremberg Exhibition Center (Spielwarenmesse, Interzoo, Biofach, ...) due to its central location (distance approx. 35 km via the A6 or with the Heilsbronn-Nürnberg / Messe S-Bahn).
An information folder with suggestions and brochures about excursions are available in the house.
The price for the booked overnight stay includes:
Towels, bath towels, bed linen, dish towels, dish cleaners, washing powder, as well as WiFi, electricity, water and heating.
For stays of more than one week, the towels, bath towels and tea towels are changed.
The existing washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can also be used.
Wood for the tiled stove on the ground floor is available in the heating months.
If you arrive with a baby / toddler until the 2nd Year of life (on the day of arrival) no additional costs.
If you arrive by train, a pick-up and delivery service to Heilsbronn station is possible.
The nearest shops are about 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
There are also other shopping opportunities throughout the city. So on the day of arrival you can still be at Aldi, Rewe, Norma, Netto and Co. until 8 p.m. stock up with everything necessary.

Claudia is so attentive and welcoming! She gave us some nice recommendations for shopping and a bakery close by and made sure we had everything we needed. Her home is so clean, so cozy, so comfortable and everything you need is there. We highly recommend staying here. I hope we can plan another stay in the future. Thank you Claudia!

My family and I had a fabulous stay in this home! Claudia was a perfect host. Location was just as expected and centrally located for all activities we had planned. There was a delicious bakery near by, along with an Aldi!
The home was very clean and stocked with most necessities. Very roomy and cozy!! 100% recommend staying here! Thank you for your hospitality Claudia, we would definitely stay in your home again!

Very large house, well maintained and stocked including everything one could want in the kitchen and lots of books, games and toys for the kids. Short drive to groceries, right off the highway for easy access to everywhere around Nuremberg (downtown, Playmobile land, zoo, etc.) Absolutely recommend and would stay again.
