About this apartment rental
Are you looking for rest and relaxation from everyday life in the Franconian Tuscany and right next to the gates of Franconian Switzerland, but you do not want to miss the possibilities of the World Heritage City of Bamberg?
Then they are in our lovingly furnished and in 2018 newly renovated apartments just right.
The apartment is fully equipped (see details) for 8-10 people and has central heating and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment extends with its 206 square meters of living space over 2 floors.
Immediately after the entrance area is the large dining room with a modern corner seat and a large table, which can also be used for the existing card and board games.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired from the decor and the equipment. With ceramic hob, oven and microwave all possibilities are available.
They do not have to wash dishes, of course, the dishwasher takes over. (Dish soap, tabs, tea towels are of course available) Also a fridge-freezer combination is available.
In the living area, she spoils a cinema sofa with individually adjustable seats, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable bed (with mattress) for 2 persons in a matter of seconds. The large-format 3D television in addition to satellite reception also has a Bluray player.
Three of the four bedrooms have a large double bed (1.8 mx 2.0 m), the other bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are individually designed. Sheets and warm blankets are of course.
A cot can be placed on request.
In the bathroom on the first floor you will find a shower with Raindance overhead shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub next to the shower. Of course, here also towels and bath towels are included free of charge.
The apartment is located in a former farm. The four-legged inhabitants (cats and rabbits) can be stroked like ;-)
Laubend lies directly in front of the World Heritage City Bamberg (8 km) and in the Franconian Tuscany.
In addition to the wonderful landscape, Upper Franconia is also known for its cellars and inns, many of which can be found nearby.
The Bamberger Land and the neighboring Franconian Switzerland also have a lot to offer cyclists and motorcyclists.

We had an absolutely beautiful month at FeWo Babet. The Schnitzer family was friendly and quick to communicate. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. I loved the views, the courtyard where my kids could play, and the downstairs farm stand and mobile bakery. It was a great spot to stay while visiting Bamberg and other nearby areas. I hope we can return!

We stayed as a family of 7 people. It is not just an apartment, but a whole 3-story house. Very beautiful, perfectly thought out with absolutely everything you can imagine. Both the kitchen is fully equipped and everything you need in the bathrooms. Children's playroom on the 3rd floor - the boys were delighted. The yard is beautiful and the city is only a 7-minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet, the church bells did not disturb - it only rings at 6 in the morning. Our first experience with Vrbo was excellent. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Absolutely loved the property. It’s very clean, quiet and has wonderful clean air away from the city. The washer and dryer are such a great addition and a necessity when traveling. The host was amazing and the daily morning bread delivery was so super convenient. It’s only a short drive from Bamberg and conveniently located for all fun things to do in the region.
