Good communication and key was easily accessible. Location near a beautiful beach (Back beach) and a great view of the port. Has all you need and is a quiet location without being too far from things. Supermarket a walk away as well as the waterfront where there are a couple of nice restaurants with a sunset view.
It seemed in general quite tidy but there were a lot of spider webs, dead bugs and bora dust. The shower and sink area really needs updating, there’s little water pressure and access to shower is a bit dodgy. As for parking, we fortunately got up there even in the wet, but anyone with low or high top vehicles would need to park on the road. I agree with others that its not ideal if you have mobility issues.

Awesome views. Love how retro it was.
No problem for us. But I was just thinking if there was an elderly couple the path because it has a little climb and a few steps. It may need to be in the description. Just an idea.

The location was perfect with a nice view of the ocean. Everything was as advertised. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Poor access, car grounded on steep driveway we drove a Nissan Leaf, not a large car. Steep poor pathway to take luggage up to house, , not easy to take electric bike up to secure location and charge it.
Bottom wooden ledge on shower box is rotten.
