A very comfortable space to occupy especially the bed. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in.
Only downside was a lack of a hotplate to use and having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

The location is central and easy to get to New Plymouth township. Off street partly under cover car park was good.

Perfect location in New Plymouth, wonderful hosts, superb parking, very quiet location with nearly no traffic driving past...the bed was cozy, the shower was excellent (ample hot water and perfect water pressure)...and the suite had evreything I needed--refridgerator, toaster, cutting boards, microwave...10/10, I would absolutely recomment this A+ place to anyone or any couple staying one night or multiple nights (lkike me) in New Plymouth, New Zealand

Good location
For a short stay it's fine but I personally don't believe it should be listed as an apartment, it should be made very clear that you are renting the bottom story of a persons house, they place a screen at the bottom of the stairs in the foyer to stop you from going upstairs into where they live, you can't lock the door to your area when you are not there and a couple of areas weren't clean
