Clean, comfortable. Easy to access. Spacious room. Lovely touches in the room to make homely. Great tea and coffee facilities. Beautiful gardens that welcome you.
Doors are heavy and noisy - so other coming in a little late/up early tend to wake you.

Mostly clean. Bed very comfortable. Chair was comfortable. Good selection of drinks. Nicely thought out small things such as towels and slippers, ear plugs. The independent way of checking in and out. Well thought out and communication was excellent regarding parking. Really Impressed.
A drinks glass was chipped. A few stains on bedding. Carpet stained outside of room. Chairs rocking. No access to closet as door wouldn't open but were pretty antique closets to look at. Kettle was full of calcium. Our room was advertised as being a family room but we got a 2 person room.
