Luxury and Stylish Ensuits

Honestly we came with an open mind but what a gem to find! Leo was there to welcome us, and even provided a fan in this sufferable heat! The apartment stayed cool and was super comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and the wifi was perfect. Even bottles of water in the fridge 🫶🏻 Fantastic location, a short walk to tube, market etc. All in all a great stay, if you want the Ritz , book and pay for the Ritz . This was an affordable yet comfortable stay for me and my daughter and most importantly we felt SAFE. Thankyou Leo and team, we will be back and for sure recommending to our family/friends!

The locstion is the real winner. Its so so close to the fantastic Camden Market and the Camden Town underground station, making it the perfect hub for all your London travels.

Unfortunately there is quite a bit that could be better. Firstly the address you are sent is not exactly the location of the property which will cause some confusion. The room was much smaller than it was made to seem in the photos, the bed was a small double bed which would be a tight squeeze for some couples, and if there happened to be a 3rd person staying, the fold out 'sofa bed' is far from ideal. The room is so small that if you are using the fold out bed then you will lose all access to the bathroom while it is in use. The bathroom is small but the toilet and sink facilities are fine. The shower was a real problem. The drain does not empty correctly meaning that after 2 minutes the shower tray is filled with water to the point where it is touching the door frame. After a full day in sweltering summer heat, we were showering daily and the filling up of the tray made this a nuisance. We also had no toilet roll when we arrived so had to buy some. There was no luggage or clothing storage in our room despite being advertised and the tea and coffee facilities that were mentioned were just a few sachets of coffee with a kettle and nothing else. Be prepared to hear your neighbours stomping around, and you will certainly hear anything going on outside as the windows are not great at blocking out any sound at all. Overall, I think for the price we paid there was a lot left to be desired with the actual apartment and facilities that were advertised.
