Very quiet and pieceful location, beautiful grounds and communication was good, So nice to have the breakfast cereal and porridge and complementary drinks.

Fabulous little studio apartment with a mezzanine level for bedroom. Clean and tidy with all facilities you could think of. Bed comfy Great location & parking. Walking distance to town & the racecourse. Milk, tea, coffee, cereal, wine and beer provided. Didn’t meet hosts but they had provided everything we needed.
The bathroom being on ground floor. Wouldn’t be such a problem but stairs were a tight dogleg staircase that was tricky to negotiate in the daytime let alone at night when you’re half asleep! Not a deal breaker for some but I found it tricky.

Pictures don’t really do it justice, it is lovely. A great set up for us visiting Alton towers with friends (also staying in the apartments). The grounds are perfect too. Very generous gifts in fridge!
