Sea Colony is one of the favorite condo complexes on Carolina Beach, with it's well kept grounds for grilling at the picnic table to the beautiful oceanfront salt water swimming pool. This one bedroom, one bath 3rd floor condo "Sunrise Balcony" features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all ocean front and lead out to the deck. Sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves roll in, or wake up early morning to see the magnificent sunrise. Many have said that on some mornings they have watched the dolphins play right past the surf. The primary bedroom is street side with a Queen bed and there is a set of bunk beds nestled in the hall alcove perfect for the children. After a day on the beach you may want to relax by the pool or take a late afternoon swim.

While visiting Carolina Beach during the summer, make sure to visit the Boardwalk, it has fun for all ages, or take in a movie at the lake on Sunday evenings and no one should go home without trying Britt's Donuts, it's located on the Boardwalk. The NC Aquarium at nearby Kure Beach is open all year, the kids especially enjoy the touching pond.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Occupancy 4: Three night minimums stays in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.

Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking only available in open lots, underneath building reserved for owners.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
