The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the small packets of necessary items in the bathrooms and necessities. There were also extra towels and sheets in the closets and under the bathroom cabinets.

We were happy with our stay earlier this month. The residence was as advertised in the pictures and very close to the beach. Only issue was that there is a condominium building being currently built right next door, which the workers worked each day from 7am to around 5/6pm. So that was a little frustrating hearing all of the noise especially when you just wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet and awesome views and atmosphere. Unfortunately it just didn’t exsist for most of the days. Would of liked to have known about this inconvenience or a possible reduced rate for the stay.

My wife felt the kitchen was not only outdated and in need of a refresh, but that it was not clean, including the countertops, silverware, glasses, and cookware. The sliding doors to the unit cannot be locked. While the front door has an electronic lock, it would be easy to climb over the railing next to the door on to the balcony with the sliding doors that cannot be locked. The entire place is quite dated and old. No beach towels. The bathroom towels are small and cheap. Even the paper towels in the kitchen are super cheap and poor quality. The location is excellent, and other units in the building have been updated nicely (such as one our daughter and her family were staying in). This particular unit needs updating.
