Somewhat limited breakfast choices and indifferent self-service machine coffee. A better shower cubicle would avoid flooding the bathroom !

Nice clean hotel, great location for walking in the town and day hiking, good retaurant

The location was perfect. Arsiero is a beautiful town and it was right in the middle of it. The staff was very nice and we had an excellent lunch and dinner in the restraunt.

The key alarm went off at 10:30 pm when we were sound asllep with jet lag. They fixed it quickly.

excellent choice for a stay in Arsiero

Central location in Arsiero with free parking in the square and surrounding streets. Comfortable bed with all usual room amenities. Very clean. Helpful staff. Good breakfast included in the room rate and a very pleasant supper of home-made local dishes had in the hotel.

I think it was extra. They didn’t really speak English, so it was a bit of a challenge to get the right information.

Wifi wasn’t working due to “construction.” System with card wasn’t explained to us. We couldn’t figure out why the power wasn’t working until we realized that the room card has to be inserted into a little machine first.

The location was really beautiful, and so was the view. The rest was as usual. The breakfast was good.

I did not like that the Wi-Fi was not working and I could not get any signal for internet on my phone inside the hotel. Also, I was not able to pay with the credit card and the receptionist was not able to use the POS machine.

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto ma a non era di grande rilevanza dato che abbiamo dormito una notte sola, dalla finestra non avevamo Alcun panorama...solo la torre centrale del ristorante. Bagno non finestrato.

Soggiorno perfetto, struttura accogliente e pet-friendly

Hotel pulito, letti in ordine e cuscini top. Posizione ottima per chi vuole percorrere la Strada delle 52 Gallerie. Cena eccellente: consiglio di prendere l’antipasto, con soppressa e pancetta di produzione propria. Molto buoni anche gli gnocchi, specialità della casa. Personale molto disponibile, attento e sempre molto cortese. Un plauso anche per l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti con animali: in camera abbiamo trovato un cuscino, due ciotole e sacchetti per la raccolta delle deiezioni. Normalmente gli hotel chiedono un supplemento per il cane senza fornire nulla, ma questa struttura è davvero pet-friendly. Consigliatissimo!

Unico punto da migliorare: il Wi-Fi era fuori servizio (spero venga presto riparato). Per chi, come me, ha poca copertura telefonica può essere fastidioso non riuscire a fare nemmeno una chiamata, ma basta fare una ventina di metri fino alla piazza dove c’è il Wi-Fi gratuito—dopo cena, quattro passi non fanno male.

L'hotel è esattamente al centro di Arsiero e dispone sia di un ottimo bar che di un ottimo ristorante. I parcheggi sono gratuiti e ci sono vicino moltissimi posti da visitare

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt auf unserer Radreise

Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und mit allem was man braucht. Frühstück sehr gut. Abendessen im Restaurant auch sehr gut und mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Durften unsere Räder in der Garage abstellen.

Consigliatissimo, dovessi mai ripassare in zona tornerei sicuramente.

Struttura nella bellissima piazza centrale del paese, tenuta bene e pulitissima sia la stanza che gli spazi comuni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e ristorante molto buono, consiglio gli gnocchi.

Non trovo difetti particolari, l’unico forse che la nostra stanza (matrimoniale base) era sprovvista di aria condizionata, in alcuni orari l’avrei accesa volentieri.. la sera abbiamo comunque dormito molto bene con le finestre aperte.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel! Und sind sehr gerne wieder gekommen! Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Tolles Restaurant mit einer fantastischen Küche! Dieses Mal sind wir mit einer Gruppe von 9 Motorradfahrern gekommen. Jeder aus der Gruppe teilt meine Meinung und kommt wieder! Die Motorrädern konnten wir alle sicher vor dem Hoteleingang parken, eine Tiefgarage wäre ebenfalls vorhanden gewesen, erschien uns aber nicht notwendig. Wir werden wieder kommen! Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Die Duschabtrennung war leider nicht brauchbar und hat daher das Bad überschwemmt, incl den Boden unterspült.

Soggiorno perfetto

C’è tutto quello che serve, camere in perfette condizioni con tutti gli agi, molto accoglienti e disponibili, eravamo un gruppo di genitori arrivati per un torneo di due giorni, abbiamo chiesto di mettere in fresco tante cose e senza batter ciglio ci hanno gentilmente accontentato.
