Great location in the middle of the city centre

The room was spacious and nice. Great location to reach amenities in the city centre. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and abundant.

The AC in the room was not working properly and the heating system was broken on our floor, so there werlre some issues the first couple of nights as it was uncomfortable to sleep. Options were offered by staff to fix the issue and the situation improved. Breakfast is not included when booking through booking.com - very expensive per person even if there is a lot of choice.

Cute hotel right in the middle of Schio

Loved the breakfast, great selection (particularly the fried egg and cheese on toast). Super friendly staff, everyone was very nice :)

It was a bit hot on the top floor, both in the hallway and in my room. I’m not sure if the heating was on but if it was, it could definitely be turned off. I had the shutters open to let air in but still found it a bit too hot. The other feedback is that a gym would’ve been nice for guests staying longer. Other than these small things it was a great stay!

Nice but we wouldn't go back

We took breakfast once and it was fine. The location of the hotel was good Thee was no bar at the hotel where you could have relaxed and enjoyed a drink.

The room was very basis, not enough storage for our clothes and no fresh bottled water in the room and no information regarding travel e.g. how to get the train/bus and the whole area was not geared for tourists.

Rich and fresh breakfast. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Nice location in the middle of the town.

No possibility for dinner in the hotel. But they have a partner restaurant close to the hotel. I don't remember the name of the restaurant.

Clean and cosy!

The Staff was polite und the room clean! the temperature was cosy!

I was expecting a bathtub in the room, but it was just a shower. In the pictures I saw on Booking, there were showed different rooms and quite all of them had a bathtub.
