Little Orchard House Self-catering Garden View apartment

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed self‑catering apartment. Communication with Jo before our arrival was prompt, friendly, and full of helpful details that made planning our trip so much easier. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given great recommendations for local places to visit and eat, which truly enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a real home away from home. We could not have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay — highly recommend! 🌟

It was perfectly appointed with anything that you could possibly need either for a short stay as we had or for a longer vacation. Really nicely presented; very clean; comfortable bed and seating; spacious safe parking onsite; convenient situation for local shop and bus stop for bus into Salcombe (or towards Totnes).

The decor throughout the whole property was very good, The car parking was excellent. The breakfast room was comfortable. The courtyard to relax in was super. The hosts were very friendly and good fun. The roll top bath and shower was excellent.

We prefer "meet and greet" B & B's. Self-check in is impersonal, especially when the information sheet containing important detail like the Wifi password was missing. Having had a week in another B & B before arriving at Little Orchard House we missed tissues, biscuits, decaffeinated coffee, flannels and toilet roll holder. We struggled with the window opening and closing. Instructions would have helped,
