This a very comfortable, very spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath beach front condo approx. 1475 square feet. It is located on the third floor of this complex. There is a private 30-foot balcony that faces the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom faces the beach, and it is furnished with a King size bed. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. This unit is beautifully decorated with plantation shutters on the balcony windows. Gives it the feel of the Keys with the views of paradise. There are TV's and DVD players in each room and WI-FI internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The cabinets are well stocked for the family that loves to cook. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room for your convenience. Beachfront and so relaxing to hear the waves. Beach set-up is a plus. Beach is not crowded and not deep for kids to swim and beach toys inc. Big balcony for friends to hang out. All kitchen essentials are there for you to prepare meals for the group.Definitely coming back!

Our family memories from the days on the beach and on various boats are cherished. The building had multiple issues such elevator repairs all week, poor WiFi connection if and when it worked, must bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels...I understand buying groceries, but one would think they could Provide more than two trash bags for seven day stay for a family of five. Overall, unit itself was nice. Gorgeous view from our balcony. Chair service and guys were very nice and friendly. Great location!
