This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor and features a 30-foot private balcony with stunning Gulf views, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and includes a king-size bed, a 32" Smart TV, a reading chair, and direct access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a 32" TV. The living area is open and inviting, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, dining space, and even a game table. A 55" TV with DIRECTV cable and a Blu-ray player with streaming capabilities provides great entertainment options, along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
For added convenience, the condo includes a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We had a great experience. The condo was great. Alicia Hollis realtors were great and very responsive to any of our questions. The only issue we had was the pool wasn’t heated to a temperature that made it enjoyable to swim in. We passed that feedback on.

The pictures were true to life. The balcony was the selling point and did not disappoint!

We had a great stay except for the balcony door not locking. My 2 year told escaped to the balcony and climbed up the railing. It was a very scary experience. We had to go by a broom stick to lodge in the sliding door.
