This rental was a good fit for our family which included our four month old grand son (and all of his baby equipment his parents can't live without). Easy unloading from the car, easy beach access and lots of extra space in the master bedroom. The kitchen utensils were lacking, but we were able to make a full breakfast each morning. Also, no beach equipment, including no beach towels. I don't even mind bringing my own, but didn't know I needed to. The unit is a bit dated, but this was not an issue for us. I really appreciate the ability to pay a small extra fee for a late check out. This adds almost a whole extra beach day to our stay!

This property was extremely clean and was a great place to stay! We will stay here again if we come back to this area. The only issue we ran into is it is a 2 bathroom property but one bathroom has a shower and the other has a bathtub with a shower head but there is no way to actually use the bathtub as a shower. That made it really 1.5 bath as my kids are too old for baths. Other than that the stay was perfect!! Thank you!

Im not going to give a bad review, because we love this company and all the condos we have used. Me and my family have been using this rental company for 20 plus years..we have always loved out rooms. And we did this time. BUT, the room was not clean when we arrived. And we weren't an early check in. We got there around 6pm or so. We had to come in and nearly clean everything when we got there. Which I dont mind to clean stuff, but this was a Lot this time. And there was such a foul odor that hit us the minute we walked in. Took us hours to find the reason, there was a spare blanket in the master open closet that had been put back without being clean. It was soaked in pee from the previous guest I suppose. There was many other things but not going to mention. Hopefully the cleaning staff will step it up and spend the time on these rooms that are needed. But we will continue to always book through here bc once in 20 plus years is OK. This property does need some Major updating though.
