Spacious and very clean. Well equipped kitchen . Gorgeous pool. Stunning views. Comfortable bedrooms. Table tennis table good addition. Nice bbq area .

Sunbeds couldn’t be adjusted and really needs more comfortable seating outside. Walk into town quite taxing as up hill .

Good location Very reasonable price but you get what you pay for

Picture shown on your site is deceiving, especially of the pool, which was clean and usable but very stained making it look very dirty. The liner is coming away especially on the steps. Sun beds are very tired, as indeed is the whole property. I think it needs a thorough deep clean. Also, we had problems every day with taxis unable to find address (Calle Romeral Bajo is needed) Would have been good to have beach towels provided and a few very basics like salt and pepper

Size of villa was great for 6 Adults .

The only thing was the Electricity kept Tripping if you used too many appliances at once . Also the pool was a little tired . Pool liner loose and stained green around the edge which the Pool cleaner could not get off . But he reported it whilst we were there

Pool big and clean, comfortable and clean house. Also layout great.

Power kept tripping had to go out and press button on power panel at gate each time..Maintenence contacted and said that only one air con could be on at a time. No air con in one bed, and air con in living area only worked sometimes not good in 35 deg plus heat. Only one set of bed clothes so all need to be washed in one day. Washing machine tiny. Fridge freezer kept opening seal broke and freezer small for party of 10. Need car or taxis in mid summer as too hot to walk at times. Bins are 200m up a hill so would not be good for anyone less mobile. Outdoor lights at pool didnt work great. Bedroom doors scrape off rhe floor when being opened and closed and it is so so loud waking people up during night if needed to go toilet. Water was leaking out of downstairs air con unit right into a plug socket. No Fridge or utility for downstairs apartment and its not connected to the main house so have to come up the stairs and through front door if wanting cold drink or milk for tea etc. Sun beds very very old and grubby and out door seating area is old and varnish was melting on the bench and sticking to clothes and skin. Maintenence were contacted for most if not all of the above and although they were nice lads were limited as to what they could do. We were told an air con engineer would come but they never arrived. For the price we paid we would have expected much more for our money, even the basics of an extra set of bedding her bed and air con that worked and in all bedrooms
