Most of the services were perfect for me, except the breakfast.
Everything was ok for me except the breakfast, I believe it can be improved. To make a bench marketing with others hotels (same stars) could give you an idea.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the hospital, situated within a mall with several restaurants, and well connected to bus and metro stations. Despite the location, noise was not an issue. Breakfast is simple and straightforward — not elaborate, but just what you need when in a hurry.
Cleanliness was below expectations, and the beds could be more comfortable. There was a strong odor in the first room assigned; although the staff changed the room, the hallways still had the same smell. In addition, some renovations were ongoing, and unfortunately, work was carried out around midnight, which caused significant disturbance.
