Nice apartment

Nice big apartment. Nice sunny balcony on one side and an outdoor patio on the other. Short walk to a supermarket and not to far to the beach and shops. Good kitchen and a washing machine. Very friendly helpful owner

Très bien situé pour visiter les 5 Terres, dans une jolie bourgade italienne. Logement dans immeuble ancien, propre et proposant le nécessaire pour un séjour court. Bon accueil de la propriétaire.

L'isolation n'est pas fonctionnelle mais les nuisances sonores restent limitées.

Ottima soluzione in zona comoda

L'appartamento è comodo, spazioso, silenzioso, pulito e molto arieggiato. Importantissimo il parcheggio gratuito. A 5 minuti dal centro di Moneglia, dalla spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata e da tutti i servizi necessari. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Grazie

L'appartamento è ad un piano alto e l'accesso è possibile solo tramite scale sia interne che esterne. Per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe esserlo per persone anziane o con bambini piccoli.

La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è vicino alla spiaggia e al centro paese ed è disponibile il parcheggio per l'auto.

Het was een fantastische, authentieke accommodatie, het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken!

Giuliana en haar man kwamen ons ophalen bij het station. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk! Het appartement was ruim en brandschoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Er was zowel een balkon als een fijne tuin voor onszelf, die met een soort loopbruggetje vanuit het gebouw te bereiken was, waar we heel wat uurtjes hebben doorgebracht. We hebben ons er echt thuisgevoeld!

Ik kan niets bedenken! Wel goed om rekening mee te houden dat het appartement op een hogere verdieping ligt en alleen per trap bereikbaar is

Pas trop loin de la gare (1/4 heure de marche)

Le couchage des lits individuels trop dur. Les WC dans la salle de bain Les 4 étages à monter pour accéder à l'appartement! Dur en fins de journées passées dans les villages escarpés des Cinque Terre.

Relax e mare circondati da Ulivi e Limoni.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Appartamento come in foto, con due stanze; Ci sono un po' di scale da fare, ma nulla di infattibile. Inoltre è a disposizione una terrazina esterna dove poter pranzare o prendere il sole. L'appartamento si trova molto vicino a diversi supermarket, ristoranti, 10 min a piedi dal centro molto carino e alla spiaggia sabbiosa.

Unica nota i materassi dei lettini erano molto duri.

Ottimo soggiorno relax

La proprietaria Giuliana è stata molto disponibile, mi ha aiutato con i bagagli e con consigli su cosa visitare e come arrivarci. Gli orari di check-in e checkout sono stati molto flessibili e la casa si trova proprio a 10 minuti dal mare.

Non ci sono particolari cose che non mi sono piaciute della casa. Se proprio dovessi dare un suggerimento, proporrei di adottare dei mobili più "moderni" , ma non è una cosa indispensabile. La casa è comunque dotata di ogni necessità e comfort.
