Il proprietario è molto accogliente e disponibile, la casa è abbastanza moderna (ristrutturata rispetto alle foto su booking), a 5 minuti dal mare.
Pulizia non eccezionale (ragnatele/ragni, pochi asciugamani e alcuni sporchi), phon e forno non funzionanti.

La cucina è il bagno nuovo,diverso dalle foto.la vicinanza al centro,hai servizi e al mare
Purtroppo essendo uno stabile ristrutturato ma vecchio C’è umidità di risalita anche perché vicino c’è un piccolo fiume che causa un po’ di umidità che porta odore di muffa soprattutto nelle camere

Le foto non rendono giustizia alla casa, che ha bagno e cucina ristrutturati recentemente (le foto su Booking sono vecchie, consiglio al proprietario di sostituirle 😉) e pertanto l'appartamento risulta molto più carino. Ha un bello spazio esterno ombreggiato e dotato di tavolo e sedie, ottimo per noi che amiamo rilassarci all'aperto. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro e, al tempo stesso, molto tranquilla.
Direi tutto bene, forse aggiungerei qualche piccolo dettaglio ma nulla che sia davvero fondamentale.
