Everything, the house was immaculate on arrival and the 3 bedrooms were a good size - there were 5 of us and having the two bathrooms (1 en suite) upstairs and the toilet downstairs was a real bonus. The kitchen is a good size and was very well equipped, it had everything that we needed. The ambient heating thoughout the house was lovely and cosy with underfloor heating making the house really comfortable. Easily enough parking for one car at the front of the house.
Would highly recommend this house and will certainly come back if we ever visit Aviemore again.

Great location in a quiet estate
Everything there like home from home for a stay close to the town of Aviemore
Toys, bedside barriers, high chair, books for kids
Lots of useful information on top of the piano
Relatively tight parking - fine for one car but we had two large vehicles between us, could probably park on the street but not sure.
Stair gate would be useful also having said it’s great for all the other necessities with children.
Could be updated in places, things are wearing thin and not sparkling eg paintwork on bathroom units, slightly grubby in corners of en-suite, shower wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked (but not worth shouting about), furniture slightly rickerty, also asked to put out the bins on bin day. (We did this but someone previous to us had put soft plastics in the main recycling bin so it wasn’t taken…would be better if owner took full responsibility for this).

What a cozy and lovely home. It was close in proximity to Aviemore village center and easy access all of the trails we were riding and hiking.

A modern, clean house with all essential amenities available made traveling much easier. There is a beautiful little garden out the back, and the house is in a quiet suburban housing area. Plenty of toys and books for kids are available onsite, and there is excellent internet Wi-Fi!
The location is the perfect base for sightseeing and activities in the Highlands, close to the A9. Claire is an exceptional hostess! She communicated with us well in advance and during our stay, providing tips for eating out and interesting destinations. Whenever we had questions, she responded swiftly — we appreciated this a lot!
As is with many houses in the UK, the upper floors do not come with air conditions or ventilators. Sleeping upstairs therefore becomes nearly impossible when a heatwave hits.
