About this house rental
Your summer paradise awaits. Spectacular lake views from your chalet. Enjoy the lake lifestyle from the semi private beach just steps away. Swim, canoe, kayak, paddle boat or just sit on the beach and chill. Roast marshmallows over the bonfire on the lake. The woods all around the property keeps it secluded and peaceful.
This custom home boasts 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with showers, bar/ hot tub room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, large dining room and deck off the master suite and the main living area. Just one look at the view and your cares melt away.
Ground floor:living room with a pull out futon, bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The bottom bunk is full size and the top bunk is single ( limited “ sitting up” room).The bathroom has a walk in shower.
Main floor: has a living room with gorgeous lake views, wrap around deck, pull out sleeper sofa, large dining room, bedroom with a queen bed, bath with shower and kitchen, grill. This floor has a room with a bar and a hot tub that can accommodate 6 people ( AVAILABLE SEPT-,MAY)There is a shower adjacent to the hot tub.
Top floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. French doors lead to a private deck.
WiFi and streaming television available free of charge. 2 Kayaks and a 17 foot canoe and paddle boat are complimentary.
Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Gore Mountain offers 4 seasons of entertainment and is only 20 minutes away. The local towns of Chestertown, Warrensburg, North Creek and Lake George have shopping, restaurants, festivals, and are filled with local history. Hike one of the 46 high peaks or one of the many numerous hiking trails in Adirondack Park.This area is well known for its excellent trout fishing nearby on the Schroon and Hudson Rivers.Please note that in July and August we require a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday.

We had a great stay at Loon Lake. Great location - 20 minutes from Lake George and 20 minutes from Gore Moutain. Easy roads to Gore Mountain. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Kids loved it.Plenty of room for kids and adults. Showers are a little small but clean and does the job.Host was very quick and helpful to questions that we had.would stay again in the future.

What an amazing place to make memories! We enjoyed every minute of our stay…comfortable accommodations, incredible location and wonderfully responsive hosts…we are already looking to plan a trip back during the Fall or Winter to enjoy the other amenities in this home!

We can't say enough good things about our stay! DyAnn was a fabulous host and the house is exactly everything we needed and wanted. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to book again soon!

Loved the location, had access to private beach and equipment. House was beautiful, lacked cleanliness. Was unexpected to have to do some of the house keeping- stripping beds and bringing garbage to landfill.
