About this house rental
Enjoy a get away any season at this beautiful country farmhouse with amazing views of Loon Lake. Summer fun includes boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more. Bolton Landing and the Village of Lake George are close by as well. The property is WIFI enabled for work from home access for those that need it. The house includes 4 spacious bedrooms, kitchen, a dining room, two full baths, living room with a built in wood burning fireplace, back deck with gas grill and picnic table, and a patio over looking the lake. In addition, the property has a fully enclosed and furnished 3 Seasons room separate with an attached kitchen. Terrific for evenings! Don't forget our private dock; bring your boat or rent from the local marina . We provide two kayaks, two paddles boards and a rowboat for guest use and you have full Lake access to fish, swim and use the watercrafts (sign waiver). We are pet friendly with an additional nightly fee. Local Beach next door for boat launch as well as the Loon Lake Marina (boat rentals) right down the road. Lake George and Bolton Landing are 15 mins away. 2 Miles to Brandt Lake and 15 mins to Schroon Lake.

The check-in was very easy and the house was just as described. Everything was provided for firewood, etc. the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and anything you would need having a washer and dryer in the house was also wonderful. The beach in the dark were especially wonderful. We rented a boat and had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. Location on the lake was great. Greatly enjoyed the paddle boats and kayaks. Kellie was always available.

We love this house. Beyond the ample room and tasteful decorations, it is a great place to relax and enjoy lake life a bit. Excellent communication with our host and just a great time every time. Looking forward to next year already.
