best part of the island, quiet and easy to get to the beach etc
the terrace was not directly off the living accommodation so had to walk down internal communal stairs to get outside.

The location is just great....super close to a lovely pebble beach. The island is very peaceful and has amazing nature. The host was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. You must go and have lunch and dinner at his restaurant....can't remember having eaten such a good fish before. 😉
We had some problems with the booker....there is another person managing the apartments for the host prior to the arrival. He was super rude, shouting at us over the phone, when we were being a bit late for the boat transfer.... sometimes things just don't work as planned when parking in a city you don't know is involved.
The walls seemed to be quite thin so you could hear everything from the neighbouring apartment. And the balcony is not directly connected to the apartment...you have to get down a flight of stairs first.
However, once we arrived and didn't need to talk with the booker anymore, all was fine....the charm of this little island and the excellent food make you forget about the little flaws of the flat.
We'd advise getting the boat transfer to reach the island....the path from Dolnje Čelo where the ferry drops you off to the apartment is not something you want to do to yourself if you have lots of luggage. There is only one tiny supermarket on the island which is very badly equipped....we couldn't even find fruits and vegetables...so you have to buy everything you will need in Dubrovnik....and the boat drops you off in Gornje Čelo....just 5 minutes away from the apartment.
