A delightful stay in a lovely apartment

Simply perfect.

Everything was simply perfect. Our stay was truly unforgettable. Pasko and Marija, the wonderful owners, didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel at home. Pasko kindly picked us up at the port and guided us to the apartment, where Marija was waiting. They provided us with a map and all the information we needed about Kolocep, making sure we felt comfortable from the very beginning. As if that wasn’t enough, they surprised us with a delicious homemade cake, a jar of their marmalade, and even a bottle of their own liquor, such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. When we needed an adapter for our laptop, they went all the way to Dubrovnik just to bring us one. Their kindness and generosity went far beyond our expectations. The apartment itself was outstanding. Spotlessly clean in every corner, it exceeded every standard. And yet, despite all this perfection, the true highlight was the view. From the balcony, we enjoyed the most romantic, breathtaking sunsets, so mesmerizing that we often chose to stay in rather than go out for dinner, as no restaurant could offer anything better than that magical setting. This holiday has left us with memories we will cherish forever. We are already looking forward to coming back.

It is the ideal place to stay for a relaxing holiday

The apartment is very well positioned. The views from the balcony/terrace were even more amazing than we expected. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Pasco kindly met us off the water taxi and Marija was waiting to welcome us at the property with a drink. We really appreciated the little gifts left for us (homemade marmalade and liquor) as well as the cherry cake Marija made in the week. All delicious. Thank you.

The most wornderful stay. Highly recommend

I had a lovely little apartment with a balcony overlooking the bay with the most beautiful views . It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pasko and his wife were lovely and accommodating. The property is close to everything you need. The beach, the bars and the shop.

Place is nice and clean. There is everything you need both in the room as well as in the kitchen. Rooms have stunning view. Owners are very friendly and engaged. Island Kolocep is very calm, there is no cars. Pure nature :)

This is a hidden gem, a beautiful home in a stunning location- we were so sad to leave!!

The house is in a stunning location overlooking the bay, we really felt part of the island not just visitors as Marija and her husband were so kind and made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect holiday on a fantastic location

The location is really beautiful overlooking the bay of Kolocep. Marija and Pasko are very hospitable owners who do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean with a good bed and a well equipped kitchen.

Exceptional

We stayed for 4 days and we really liked the place and the hosts: the studio has everything you need, very pretty and light, the view from the terrace is spectacular, the sandy beach is 200 meters apart, the island is very picturesque and has the tourist walks marked through the area, it has more greenery than Dubrovnik surroundings. The hosts are very welcoming!

Marija and her husband are the best. She surprised us with perfect cakes and cool gift. Everything was beautiful and very clean. I will be back. Apartman was comfortable and I wanted stay there and looking to the sea because the view is perfect.

Jedva čekamo ponovni dolazak!

Domaćini su bili odlični, pomogli su nam oko stvari, oko roštilja za ručak jedan dan, pokazali sve što je bitno za otok, te nas fino dočekali uz domaću marmeladu i liker od oraha. Od sadržaja ima sve što je potrebno, terasa s divnim pogledom na more, u kuhinji svo posuđe, pećnica, mikrovalna, frižider. Jedva čekamo ponoviti dolazak!

Nevezano za smještaj - savjet za one koji dolaze prvi put: osigurajte se namirnicama u Dubrovniku prije polaska na otok jer su opcije na otoku ograničene na jednu radnju koja radi od 10:00-18:30. Inače ne postoji ništa u vezi sa smještajem što nam se nije svidjelo.👍

Kolocep indimenticabile

L’accoglienza di Marija e Pasko è stata incredibile, fin dal primo momento che ci hanno accolto al porto, quando ci hanno mostrato la stanza e ci hanno omaggiato di un liquore, una marmellata e un dolce tutto fatto in casa! Ci hanno anche offerto dei fichi appena colti 🤩 L’appartamento è perfetto, spazioso e contiene tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire. La posizione ottima, due minuti a piedi dal porto, dal piccolo centro e dalla spiaggia principale. La terrazza poi, è qualcosa dí meraviglioso, abbiamo goduto di bellissimi tramonti! Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque, ci tornerei subito

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum - wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf Kolocep

Marija und Pasco sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem Kuchen, selbstgemachter Orangenmarmelade und Likör begrüßt. Wie in den anderen Bewertungen schon erwähnt, hat das Apartment eine wunderbare große Terrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf die Bucht. Schon alleine hier zu sitzen und den Blick zu genießen, verspricht Erholung. Wir hatten dazu noch das Glück, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und hatten somit die Terrasse komplett für uns allein :-). Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ist gut augestattet. Die Lage des Apartments ist toll. Die Insel ist nicht groß, und alles wird fußläufig erreicht. Kolocep selbst hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren nur 4 Nächte hier und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Insbesondere von der üppigen tropischen Vegetation waren wir begeistert. Kolocep ist auch gut geeignet, um mit der Jadrolinija-Fähre /Katamaran einen Tagesausflug nach Dubrovnik zu machen.

Es gibt abends viele Mücken. Leider hat das Apartment keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wir hätten gerne mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen und auf die Klimaanlage verzichtet (Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter und nicht ganz so leise.). Dies ging aufgrund der vielen Mücken leider nicht, denn sofort waren diese im Zimmer. - Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen! Folgender Punkt ist nur erwähnenswert, da uns die Art der Kommunikation vor der Reise ein wenig irritiert hat: Die Vermieter Marija und Pasco haben scheinbar einen Verwalter eingesetzt ("Direct Booker"). Dieser hat uns im Vorfeld mehrfach per standardisierten E-Mails kontaktiert, ist aber auf Rückfragen unsererseits überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Wir haben ihn dann einfach ignoriert und mit Marija über Whatsapp kommuniziert.
