Big room with good aircon and wifi. Had fridge and good storage. Room cleaned daily if required and staff very helpful. Close to beach (via hotel complex) a few restaurants close by

A pleasant place

We enjoyed our stay at Lanta Blue house. The facilities are very good and the room is spacious, beds are quite comfy. The location is very good also and close to shops and beaches. Would recommend the place for sure.

The hostel runs by a lovely family in good location 7/11, beach, restaurants.. The best value u can get on the island. Facilities work smoothly include ac $ shower. Cats are cute.

1 thing is all the rooster outside the room and nothing you can do about it because there are so many, but it stops around 8:30

The property around the building is a bit dirty with trash on the ground. The bathroom has a hole in the wall for the shower water to go out, but through this hole some animals could come in, like spiders and frogs. The air conditioning makes a weird noise and bright light when it's turned off, so you have to keep it running all night. The door didn't close properly and you can hear every sound from outside, like roosters, dogs, people talking, and we were unlucky to have very noisy neighbours :( Also the bed is extremely hard, we folded the blanket to sleep on it but it was still uncomfortable, probably the hardest bed we had while travelling south east Asia for 6 months. WiFi bit slow and not always working, we had to work during our stay and it was not ideal but for a normal vacation it should be good enough.

The place is very close to the beaches by bike. The way into the place might be difficult to find at first because there's no sign on the road but it is exactly where it is in Google and when you turn in, you will see a sign confirm it's the place. The room is clean and the owner is nice. Seems like a place for long stay travellers. Overall it's a comfy room. Chickens around but that doesn't bother me or wake me up lol. Hot shower, aircond, good WiFi. Value for money

Roosters start to make a lot of noise between 04-08… I was fine tho, due to having earplugs ready to put in when it started each night.

The room was clean. It's bathroom as well. Towels and bed sheets smelled nice (laundry service is available at the property). All the facilities, such as the electric kettle, the fridge/freezer, the AC, the smart TV and the water heater worked as designed too. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The room was made everyday, garbage bags were replaced, bottles of water were given and cleaning was done accordingly. Moreover, if renting a bike in Kho Lanta, which is a must if you want to go to southern quiet beautiful beaches on the island, you can park your scooter infront of your room.

Great stay - would recommend.

I loved staying here I extended my stay. The rooms are massive, well lit, have a massive fridge, great AC and are sound proof. The owners are amazing, they rented me a scooter and gave me a discount just for having it more than a day and at only 150 baht it was a steal. Additionally I didn't pay till I handed the bike back and didn't even leave a deposit or passport. Lovely and quiet, fairly close to the pier. Would recommend renting a bike here. Would definitely come back. The highlight of lanta.

Such a lovely place

It's a cozy, tidy place and the owner is very friendly, best value for money in the whole region and there are some good places around for tasting fish meals and having a few beers.

The location is nice, but there are no beautiful beaches at a reasonable walking distance, and there is no elevator if you get a room at the first floor.
