Excellent place to live.

Fantastic location on Saladan Pier. 2-5 minute walk to the pier for ferries, to 7-11, lanta mart, walking street, beach. Petrol station and fruit market is within a one km distance. The room is spacious and beautifully designed. Excellent facilities. Free drinking water. Very good quality bikes for rent next door. They arrange your bus tickets etc at the reception. Very clean and organized. Air con works very well. Lovely breezy balcony in the room and a rooftop. Very quiet in the room, superb for sleep. Surrounded by great restaurants.

Relaxed Place at the River

Wonderful 5-star stay at Lanta Chaolay! The hotel has a great location right by the river, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to the friendly and helpful ladies at the reception — they were always kind, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again!

This is a very clean and comfortable hostel, privacy curtains on all dorm beds, electric ⚡️ power points , good AC etc ! Very close to walking street night market and the speed boat pier ! They offer laundry, motor cycles and trips all at a reasonable rate

Love this hotel.

Love the aesthetics of the place, get a room facing the greenery it’s super beautiful. Comfortable, clean, near the pier and our dive shop. Host helped us with the ferry tickets.

Not well soundproofed. We were there during low season so it was quiet, but very loud when there are parties or construction outside which can go till late and start v early. We were also awoken by loud housekeeping as the insulation between rooms is quite poor.

Nice accomodation, simple but good value for money!

The private room was nice & in line with my expectations. In the original room I booked had Ants in the towels & when I shared this with the reception they immediately offered me another room which I took.

Apart from issue with the Ants nothing else.

Amazing

Staff are so nice and cater for all needs, beds are very spacious and all have a privacy curtain. Also only a 6 bed room so never noisy. Toilets and showers so modern and always clean. Good location as well, all for an insanely good price!

Perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here (nearly 3 weeks). The room was perfect and had everything we needed. We hired a scooter through them too. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them.

Excellent!

The room is huge and also the bed is huge and comfy. The room was also very clean so was the bath room ! Location is perfect next to the saladan pier to koh Phi Phi and Phuket for example. Beach is a bit further away but you should rent a scooter anyway to explore this beautiful Island which is possible at the hostel for 250 baht. There are also many restaurants massages and 7/11 nearby. We had an excellent stay highly recommended !

Highly recommended

Clean room and toilet, comfy bed and a decent view of the sea with the nice sight of tour boats passing by. Another great advantage is the close proximity of the hotel to the tour boat pier as well as the market, covenience store and well-equipped Lanta Mart. All in all very good value for money and highly recommended.

Great value for money and close to the pier.

The room was big, bright, and super clean. The bed was huge and comfy. We got a double room with a private bathroom and it was very comfy for two people. Very quite at night. Great location if you want to stay close to the pier. Not so easy to get to the beaches, you will need to rent a scooter to get around.

There is no proper reception. We did our check-in with a guy that was laying on the sofa. LOL I know it's an island, and I love the laid-back vibe, but it felt a bit strange coming in and out of the hotel with no one around.

Peaceful charming guesthouse with very helpful management.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet new and nice decorated. I really liked the view on the balcony. They also have a nice rooftop terrace with seaview. The best of all was that I had forgotten my sunglasses when I checked out. They were so nice to bring it personally all the way to Krabi! Now that is what I call customer service. So thankful for this kind gesture! ❤️

Nice stay

nice friendly receptionist, she couldn’t speak English very well but with google translate it was easy to communicate and she was very helpful. she seems to be always there when I came out of my room. One night I stayed alone in a 6 beds room, was very nice! Clean room. Directly at shore, some shops and a little night market. you need a bike or taxi to explore the Island.

The room was very good, i wanted a place to rest after a long bus trip, and I worked perfectly. It was also close to saladan pier from where I was continuing my travel.

good to book the room for 2 not dormitory, the receptionist is kind and always on the phone if you need something but does not speak english. App LINE will do the trick though. we rented the motorbike through hotel which was good too.

This place is of the most value of our 2 days stay there. It is reasonable and you can say cheap. Clean and comfortable. Furnishings was nice too.

Staff is not conversant in English and hence has to converce through phone translations.

Excellent location for the pier - but in a quiet street Very clean and well equipped room. Perfect for our needs.

The stairs were quite narrow to get our case up - but then we do have quite a large bag!
