About this apartment rental

Fantastically beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment in El Vergel (Denia) on the sunny Costa Blanca / Spain. The apartment is on the 1st Floor, approx. 75 sqm, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, open kitchen with living room, balcony with pool view, very nice and large (approx. 60 sqm! ) partially covered private terrace overlooking the pool and the park. Equipped with seating and sun loungers, high-quality travel cot and high chair, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and dining area, covered private parking, closed urbanization (fenced). It is about 800 m to the beach / sea.
For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool - community pool (8 x 14 sqm, 75 - 210 cm deep), children's pool, outdoor shower.

Me a encantado lo equipado que está,la piscina muy tranquila y los vecinos agradables.hay que coger el coche para visitar o ir a la playa pero está relativamente cerca de todo.me ha encantado todo salvo las almohadas que son tipo cojín y la cama que creo que el somier o el colchón no se exactamente qué puede ser ,no reparte bien el peso.por lo demás todo genial 👍.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, y lo mejor es la amplia terraza. La urbanización es familiar y tranquila, y los vecinos son muy amables y simpáticos. Se echa en falta menaje. Está en una zona bien comunicada pero en la que se hace obligatorio el coche. Lo malo es que te cobran aparte los gastos de limpieza.

Alles is aanwezig ,schoon mooi huisje , vriendelijk ontvangen , supermarkt om de hoek mooi zwembad . Echt een aanrader. Ook met kinderen strand dichtbij . Uurtje rijden van de prachtige stad valentia. Verder veel leuke stadjes rondom le Verger .

El apartamento es muy aireado, amplio, cómodo y con un equipamiento en muy buen estado y de buenas calidades, tanto por el mobiliario como por el menaje de cocina. No faltaba detalle, incluyendo toallas de playa, que en muchos sitios no las ofrecen. Estancia principal, dormitorio principal y baño muy amplios y cómodos. La terraza es espectacular, también bien equipada (disponen de barbacoa y mobiliario de terraza) y perfecta para pasar buenos ratos en ella de manera cómoda. La piscina es grande, limpia y con poca gente, es una urbanización muy tranquila. Justo enfrente hay un Supermercado LIDL, por lo que a pocos pasos puedes comprar lo que necesites sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. Para ir a la playa hay que utilizar el coche, pero se tardan 2 minutos y es una playa de grava y arena de gran extensión y con poca gente en la que se está muy a gusto. Los propietarios son muy amables y accesibles. Nos surgió un tema familiar el día de la entrada y fueron muy flexibles con la hora, adaptándose amablemente a nuestra circunstancia, así como también el día de salida. En definitiva, nos fuimos contentos y con ganas de volver en otra ocasión y poder disfrutarlo de nuevo. Muy recomendable.

Dès l'accueil chaleureux de Tatjana qui reste également à notre disposition en cas de problème, on se sent déjà comme chez soit. L'appartement est nickel et on y trouve vraiment tout le nécessaire ! Il est parfaitement fonctionnel. La terrasse est top ! (il n'y a que le vent et les trop fortes chaleurs si nous ont souvent repoussé à l'intérieur au frais climatisé). La piscine est super ! Pour les adultes comme notre petit bambin (qui ne sait pas encore nager) car elle comporte un petit bassin. Et un magasin Lidl est juste derrière la résidence ouvert 7/7 l'été de 9h30 à 22h!! très utile quand on arrive un dimanche ou qu'il manque qq chose à manger. Le lieu de la résidence n'est pas tout à fait à Denia la ville et ses plages, mais ce n'est pas un problème, la mer n'est pas loin du tout (possible d'y aller à pied). On peut rayonner sur les environs facilement (Oliva, Gandia, Denia, Javea,...) Pour terminer, le voisinage qui demeure à l'année (ou presque), ou les habitués de la résidence sont hyper accueillant. Notre seul regret : ne pas avoir rencontré Mme Lambertz sur place. Une prochaine fois peut être qui sait ? Merci encore à Tatjana et Natalia pour ce super séjour !

Fui con mi familia una semana a este apartamento. El alojamiento está fenomenal, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones, tanto en el apartamento, como en la impresionante terraza/solarium . La persona de contacto muy amable y siempre disponible. La pega es que hay que coger el coche para ir a la playa y las vistas desde la terraza son mejorables. Recomiendo este apartamento para unas vacaciones tranquilas con niños, aunque si fuera posible sintonizar los canales españoles mejor.

Wir haben schon öfters Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen verbracht- aber noch nie in so einer schönen Wohnung ! Die Einrichtung ist neu, sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand !Große Terrasse mit Grill, die Poolanlage ist groß (nicht nur auf den Bildern) sauber und gepflegt. Aus unserer Sicht ideal um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen und die Gegend zu geniessen. Lob an den Vermieter, weiter so !

Il nostro soggiorno in questa bellissima casa è stato molto confortevole. Il check in è stato veloce, così come il check out. L'accoglienza è stata molto cortese. L'appartamento è pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto. Il comprensorio è tranquillo e silenzioso, l'accesso alla piscina è sicuro anche per i bambini. Abbiamo trascorso serate indimenticabili in terrazza!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. LIDL und Restaurants sind vor der Haustür, besonders lecker war die Pizza von Don Timon. Das besondere Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit und Außenküche, wir haben die langen Abende dort richtig genossen. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage an der Costa Blanca, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir bedanken uns bei Dir, war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen!!
