We really enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Las Rosas and would be happy to come back again!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location is great — quiet and peaceful, yet close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.

The staff manners, property was dirty on arrival, no keys left on arrival, not enough clutery for 5 people, outdated furnishings, no WiFi, management very hard to get hold of or takes 24hrs to respond.

Close to the beach, nice views to the sea.

A bit far from the center, and far from groceries. Will need a car for sure as public transportation is very scarce. Also the reception is not there for questions, their hours are limited. There are no amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc.

Great pool and apartment with a nice friendly concierge .

We couldn't sleep in the room between the kitchen and the bathroom as there were rats and night above the window in the wooden box and outside on the window sill. There were a lot of rat dropping every morning on the window sill which we swept off. The sofa in the living room also had a broken slat which made it difficult to use or sit on.

I would use the apartments again and I would recommend them to friends

Well-equipped kitchen, very clean linens, and a welcome pack. The laundry facilities were excellent as well. Good parking easy access for disabled on ground floor.

Handrails in the bathroom would be good for disabled access as it was easy to slip in the bath. The floors under the bed had not been cleaned they were very very dusty. Otherwise excellent

We are very satisfied. One thing to say, the host speaks Spanish only but it does not matter, because we arranged everything we needed (in English, legs and arms :D ). The host is very kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and functional. It is also given the welcome pack with sponge, cloth, matches and little bottle of saponate). There are few restaurants in about 10 minutes by foot with spanish specialities there. But own car is really necessary there. The beach has coarse-grained sand and small pebbles so be sure to have beach shoes and camping mats. But in the sea is fine sand.

Estancia confortable y muy cerca de la playa

Que tuviera aire acondicionado. El trato con el conserje Manuel, muy currante. El apartamento estaba cerca de la playa y de centros comerciales. El parking cubierto.

Los colchones eran un poco blandos. La cocina era bastante pequeña y el frigorífico también. Había sartenes y cazuelas en las que se pegaba la comida. El wifi bastante malo. Precio del apartamento algo caro. Que no se permitan mascotas.

Decepcionante

No hay desayuno y la ubicación es buena con respecto a la playa y en lo referente para los restaurantes muy mala. Había que coger siempre el coche.

Las instalaciones pésimo los seguros de las ventanas y la puerta balconera no funcionaban, en cuanto a la cocina bastante incómoda no había donde cortar u unas patatas. En general las instalaciones muy viejas excepto el baño. El aire acondicionado solo había en el salón casi no llegaba a la ultima habitación.

Prima appartement, maar verre van ideaal.

Ruim appartement met airco. Locatie prima even de weg oversteken en je bent op het strand. 3 kamers en alle bedden waren opgemaakt, de matrassen waren stevig (ik vind dat fijn, maar niet iedereen zal dat prettig vinden). Klein balkonnetje met tafel en 4 stoeltjes. Badkamer is gerenoveerd en netjes, met een lekkere douche. Welkomstpakketje met doekje, schoonmaaksponsje, afvalzakje en afwasmiddel voor de keuken. Makkelijk parkeren onder een afdakje voor de deur van het appartement.

Ik vond het appartement niet heel schoon. De vloer was echt viezig (zwarte voeten als je met blote voeten liep), nog haren in de badkamer. De keuken is echt piepklein en de keukenkastjes en koelkast zat vol vlekken van vorige gebruikers. De inventaris in de keuken heel minimaal. Nauwelijks grotere messen (1tje was te bot om te gebruiken), geen vaatwasser, ouderwetse koffiezetmachine, geen snijplankje, geen kommetjes etc, wel redelijke pannen. Geen horren en heel veel muggen, zodat we met de ramen en de rolluiken dicht moesten slapen. Airco alleen in de woonkamer en die bereikt de slaapkamers minimaal. De weg maakt het appartement vrij gehorig. Geen winkels in directe omgeving, hebt dus echt een auto nodig.

Apartamento decente para pasar 4 dias

Apartamento con todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Cerca de la playa y con piscina. Buen aparcamiento. Buenas instrucciones y facilidad en el check in

Instalaciones un tanto anticuadas, sofás incomodísimos. La piscina mantenimiento escaso, mucho cloro y sin ningún limpia fondos que pudiéramos usar para quitar bichos, etc... Hay mucho grupo de jóvenes, pero en nuestro caso salvo la primera noche, no hemos tenido problemas. La ubicación no me gustó porque pensaba que estaba más cerca de Denia.

Muy buena experiencia

La zona está genial la para ir en familia. Al lado de dos playas muy bonitas para ir con niños. No cubren y el agua es cristalina. Puesto de socorro al lado por lo que son muy seguras. Una es de arena muy finita y la otra de piedrecitas pequeñas por lo que puedes elegir donde más te guste. El piso perfecto para 6 personas. Tiene de todo, totalmente equipado y muy limpio. La piscina ideal para niños. La zona es muy tranquila, ya que es una zona residencial sin comercios. El conserje muy amable y sobre todo muy atento con las necesidades de los inquilinos, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Estamos muy contentos con la experiencia la verdad.

Había inquilinos que no respetaban el horario de descanso. Dormíamos con las ventanas abiertas y se oía todo. Pero puede pasar en cualquier lado.

La ducha se atasco 2 veces. El ruido a la noche de la gente q pasaba al lado de nuestro apartamento. Era planta baja y otros huéspedes desde las 00.00 hasta 3 o 4 am llegaban sin importarles nada. Aire acondicionado solo en la sala. Mucho calor.

Relax en la playa

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, muy fresquito, con un balconcito perfecto para los cuatro. Tiene una galería con pila y tendedero para enjuagar las cosas de la playa. Manuel que es el encargado muy amable y simpático. Repetiremos SEGURO ;-)

Está un poquito lejos del pueblo, hay mucha tranquilidad y nada de aglomeración , que para mí eso es positivo pero para un adolescente le pareció un poco alejado del bullicio.
